Overview

Internal Quality Assurance Cell, in association with Research Development Cell (RDC), is organizing a workshop titled “Intellectual Property Essentials: From Creation to Commercialization” on September 7, 2024. This workshop is designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and tools to safeguard and capitalize on their intellectual creations. It will promote a culture of innovation and legal awareness within our institution, with a particular focus on the processes of patent filing and commercialization/ Licensing.

Objectives of Event

  1. Raise awareness of various types of intellectual property rights.
  2. Educate on national and international legal frameworks on IPR.
  3. Encourage innovation and creativity.
  4. Provide practical guidance on patent filing and protection.
  5. Discuss strategies for the commercialization of intellectual property.
