About the Event:
Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, SHARDA SCHOOL OF ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES (SAHS) is organizing “Wellness Wonder Carnival 2024” (Diet consultation using BIA machine and series of competition)” from 10th to 11th September 2024 at 606, 6 th floor, block 4, which includes series of event from 2024. The event will be open for all the students and staff of Sharda University and other Universities located in Delhi NCR. This is a prestigious event that spreads the Body Image Awareness (BIA) and Poster Competition is an engaging event organized by the Nutrition Department to promote positive body image and nutrition education. The event includes two main components: an awareness campaign on body image issues and a creative poster competition focused on nutrition and healthy living.
Objectives of Event
- Body Image Awareness (BIA): Raise awareness about body image issues, promote self-esteem, and educate participants about the importance of a healthy relationship with food and body image.
- To Provide a comprehensive and individualized diet consultation.
- To optimize nutrient intake as per body composition.
