The Department of Environmental Sciences, Sharda School of Basic Sciences and Research, Sharda University is organizing a webinar for students on “Essential Workplace Soft Skills for Career Enhancement” on 31st May 2024 from 10.00 -11.00 am in online mode.
Objectives of Event
- To provide students with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to implement the soft skills.
- To help students to learn about interpersonal negotiation, conflict resolution, creative thinking, and effective communication.
- To encourage students how to effectively deal with interruptions and distractions of life and work
- To balance confidence and to learn, to overcome problems associated with personality.
