Overview

The activity is being conducted under the initiative of the Ministry of Education, Vidyanjali (A School Volunteer Programme), which encourages community involvement in strengthening school education by engaging volunteers in meaningful learning activities. This awareness session aims to educate students about menstrual hygiene and overall reproductive health. The program will cover topics such as the menstrual cycle, hygiene practices, myths and misconceptions, and the importance of proper nutrition during menstruation. The session will be conducted in an interactive manner, ensuring a safe and open environment for students to ask questions and gain accurate knowledge.

Objectives of Event

  • To educate adolescent girls in school about the menstrual cycle and proper hygiene practices
  • To assess the learning outcomes of participants through pre- and post-assessment methods
