Dear All,
Sharda School of Law is organising a Symposium on the Occasion of International Women's Day on 6th March 2025 International Women's Day is a momentous occasion to reflect on the progress made towards gender equality and to renew our commitment to empowering women as architects of a developed India. As we envision Viksit Bharat @ 2047, the role of women in shaping a just, inclusive, and progressive nation becomes indispensable.
This symposium, organized on the occasion of International Women's Day, will serve as a platform for discussing the multifaceted contributions of women in India's development journey. It aims to highlight achievements, address persistent challenges, and chart a roadmap for ensuring that women are equal stakeholders in the nation’s growth by 2047.

Objectives of Event
- Commemorate International Women’s Day: Celebrate women's achievements and their role in shaping Viksit Bharat.
- Assess Progress and Challenges: Evaluate advancements and barriers in gender equality across sectors.
- Encourage Women’s Leadership: Inspire and empower women to take leadership roles in governance, business, and social movements.
- Develop Policy Recommendations: Propose gender-inclusive policies for sustainable and equitable development.
5.Enhance Collaboration: Strengthen partnerships between academia, government, industry, and civil society.
