Sharda School of Law, Sharda University is organizing a Guest Lecture on Interpretation of IPR Laws: With Focus on Trademark Law on Monday, 21st October.
Attendance will be provided to the attendees of 4th Year. It is compulsory in nature for all students of BALLB, BBALLB 4th Year.
Objectives of Event
- To make students aware of practical aspects of IPR laws in India
- To make students aware of Trademarks laws in specific and the challenges associated with their implementation
- To allow the students to discuss career opportunities in IPR.
