Sharda School of Law, Sharda University is organizing a Guest Lecture on “Procedural Laws” on Thursday, 12th September 2024.
It is compulsory for all students of BALLB, BBALLB 4th and 5th Year.
Objectives of Event
- To build up through understanding of the legal framework of Procedural law for how legal actions should be initiated, conducted, and concluded.
- To equip law students with understanding of legal procedures and applying legal principles to enhance their effectiveness in civil litigations.
- To develop Advocacy skills for effectively handling procedural issues and challenges.

Chief Guest Details:
Advocate Anurag Singh is a faculty member at Pahuja Law Academy, having specialization in Procedural laws. He has two years of experience in litigation. Adv. Anurag Singh has appeared for IAS interviews and has interviewed for State judiciary Services including the Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services. Additionally, he is having three and a half years of teaching experience as a faculty member at Pahuja Law Academy. Many of his students have become Civil Judges, Additional District Judges, and Sessions Judges throughout India.
