Overview

NCC students, Sharda University will be going to Jim Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand (Self Sponsored) on Wednesday, 21st February 2024 as a part of experiential learning activities, and the course curriculum of Art of Military Science II, (OPE -SHS142, SHP142).

Objectives of Event

Through this learning tour, the students will have the chance to obtain practical insights from the activities, and become fully immersed in the real-world applications of their academic curriculum and for holistic development.

Enhanced Learning Experience: The learning tour will complement classroom learning by offering students hands-on experience and exposure to real-world scenarios -survival skills relevant to their academic studies.

Cultural and Personal Growth: The learning tour will expose students to diverse culture, perspectives, and environments, fostering personal growth, cultural understanding, and social awareness.

Team Building and Leadership Development: Engaging in group activities and collaborative learning experiences during the tour will strengthen students' teamwork skills, leadership abilities, and interpersonal relationships.

Critical Thinking: Make the students to think critically about different life related issues, think divergently and will try to break functional fixedness also creatively in their real-life problems
