This visit aligns with their coursework, offering practical insights into the food industry’s operations and quality control mechanisms. This is a part of the course curriculum for 3rd Semester students, M.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics.
Objectives of Event
The primary objective of the industrial visit is to provide students with exposure to:
- Food manufacturing processes, particularly the large-scale production of biscuits and bakery items.
- Quality control and assurance practices in the food industry.
- The role of food technologists in ensuring product safety, quality, and nutritional value.
