The Academic Poster Presentation Competition, organized by “Econminds”- The International Business and Economics Club of SSBS, aims to showcase students’ innovative ideas and new pathway to follow the Sustainable Development. This competition provides a platform for students to share their critical in depth thinking, problem solving attitude via academic presentation skills. Thus, the competition may translate student’s thoughts into visual art. The posters presentation  competition demonstrate the diverse range of topic concerns with the socio-economic issues and international trade This competition aims to contribute to the existing body of knowledge in international business and Economics.

1.        Condensing Complex Information: This poster requires students to distill complex topics into concise, visual representations. This process pushes them to focus on the core message, prioritize key points, and organize their thoughts logically.

2.        Creative Presentation: This Poster competition allow students to explore creative ways to represent information, which stimulates critical thinking by encouraging them to look for alternative ways to convey their research.

3.        Engaging in Dialogue: During the competition, students must defend their ideas and answer questions from judges or peers, requiring them to critically evaluate their own work and anticipate challenges or counterarguments.

4.        Peer Learning: Viewing other students' posters exposes participants to different perspectives and approaches, prompting reflection on how different ideas can be framed or understood.

5.        Problem-Solving: While designing the poster, students must figure out how to effectively communicate their ideas and research visually. This involves considering the audience, choosing relevant content, and deciding on the most impactful way to display it.
