Overview
Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic, an initiative of Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences, is gearing up for a meaningful outreach activity, called Joy of Giving to Manop Foundation-Old Age Home, with the sincere intent of enhancing the lives of elderly members in our community. Recognizing the challenges, they often face, such as loneliness, health issues, and financial constraints, the initiative-Joy of Giving- is driven by a commitment to fostering a sense of care and support during their golden years.
Objectives of Event
- To provide geriatric counselling and care for their mental wellbeing.
- To conduct an interactive session with the elderly residents, facilitating open conversations and understanding their specific needs for potential future interventions.
- To distribute warm woollen clothes, acknowledging the significance of staying warm and comfortable during the winter season.
Through these efforts, Abhivyakti aspires to contribute to the well-being and happiness of the elderly members of Manop Foundation-Old Age Home, embodying the spirit of community and compassion.
