Overview
The faculty development program on Design Thinking and Innovation is being organised for better understanding of the purpose of this approach to the faculty members those who are going teach this subject in term 2402. Design thinking is a human-cantered approach to innovation that can help organizations develop products, services, and processes that meet stakeholders needs. It can also help organizations improve their competitiveness in the market. Design thinking involves understanding needs, brainstorming, prototyping, and testing. Design thinking can be applied to a variety of fields, including business, engineering, medicine, law, social sciences, and arts. It can also be applied to solve problems at home, in the neighbourhood, or at work.
