Overview
The modern pharmaceutical and healthcare industries are changing rapidly and significantly as a result of the development of many new technologies. Artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, system biotechnology, and curative medications are some of the key business developments in pharmaceuticals. In order to improve student learning outcomes and the advancement of the pharmacy profession, the Faculty Development Program (FDP) aims to improve the professional, research, and teaching abilities of pharmacy faculty members. Activities pertaining to medication design, research, development, manufacturing, and quality control are included in the field of pharmaceutical technology.

Objectives of Event
- Provide an overview of the latest advancements in pharmaceutical and health sciences, including the application of novel drug delivery systems, biotechnology, and digital health technologies.
- Discuss cutting-edge research in drug development, such as gene therapy, monoclonal antibodies, and biologics
- Foster a deeper understanding of the interdisciplinary nature of pharmaceutical and health sciences, encouraging collaboration among researchers, healthcare professionals, and policy maker
- Provide insights into the evolving regulatory landscape for drug approvals, clinical trials, and health technology assessments.
- Strengthen the research capabilities of participants by providing training on state-of-the-art laboratory techniques, research methodologies, and data analysis tools.
