Overview

The Department of Mathematics, SSBSR, Sharda University, in collaboration with Sharda Skill, is organizing a Training Program on Soft Skill Enhancement & Mock Interview Preparation for students. In today’s highly competitive job market, mastering soft skills and being thoroughly prepared for interviews are critical to achieving professional success. Soft skills—such as effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability—are indispensable in any workplace, while mock interviews provide a practical platform to refine these abilities and excel during actual interview scenarios.

This Training Program is designed to enhance your core professional skills, boost your confidence, and prepare you to stand out in real-world interviews. Participants will have the chance to strengthen their communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, while also learning the nuances of presenting themselves professionally.
