Overview

Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, is organising a Guest Lecture on the topic, ‘Become a Successful MSME and Arbitration Lawyer’. The lecture is being organized for the students of BA LL.B (H.) and BBA LL.B (H.) - 5^th and 4^th year, with a view that it will give them an in-depth insight into planning a career as an MSME and/or arbitration lawyer. It will hence, be fruitful for the students in seeking internships and placements in these specialised domains.

Objectives of Event

1. To apprise the students of the nuances and complexities of the MSME and arbitration sectors. 
2. To make them understand the roles and responsibilities of a lawyer working in these arenas.
3. To equip them of the skills/qualifications/specializations/trainings, etc. required, to become an MSME/Arbitration lawyer.
4. To introduce to them/suggest certain law firms, litigating lawyers, etc., having an expertise in these domains.
