Overview
Amrit Udyan is spread over a vast expanse of 15 acres. It has often been portrayed and deservedly so, as the soul of the Rashtrapati Bhawan. Originally, it included East Lawn, Central awn, Long Garden and circular Garden. During the term of former Presidwent Dr. A. P. J. Abdul kalam and Shri Ram Nath Kovind, more gardens were developed namely, Herbal-I, Herbal-II, Tactile Garden, Bonsai Garden and Arogya Vanam.
Objectives of Event
- It is mesmerized by the serene beauty and diverse flora in this botanical garden.
