Sharda School of Law is delighted to declare the initiation of our forthcoming Value-Added Course on “Para Legal Service in Administration of Justice” designed exclusively for graduate students at Sharda School of Law. This meticulously crafted course aims to equip students with supplementary skills and knowledge that enhance their academic endeavours.

Course Details:

The objective of this course is to highlight the critical role of Para Legal Services in the Administration of Justice, while also building a strong knowledge base and practical experience for students as Para Legal Volunteers, thereby improving their employability.

Objectives of Event

On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Define the concept of access to justice within the purview of Art. 14 and Art. 39A of the Constitution of India.
  • Explain the main objectives the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987.
  • Analyse the importance of the Para Legal Services in the Administration of Justice.
  • Develop knowledge base and get sufficient experience as Para Legal Volunteer and become employable.
