The Department of Biotechnology, Sharda School of Engineering & Technology, invites you to celebrate World Food Day 2024 with a series of engaging and informative activities.

The event will focus on raising awareness around global food security, sustainable nutrition, and food innovation.

Key Highlights:

1. Expert Lectures:

Invited talks by eminent speakers focusing on sustainable food systems, nutrition, and the role of biotechnology in improving global food security.

  1. Poster Making Competition: Students will showcase their creativity and awareness by designing posters on themes such as food sustainability, nutrition, and innovations in food technology.
  2. Ad-Making Competition: Participants will create and present advertisements promoting healthy eating habits, food safety, or new and innovative food products.
  3. Food Product Display: Students will exhibit innovative food products they have developed, focusing on nutrition, sustainability, or technological advancements in food processing. This competition will highlight the skills and creativity of the participants in conceptualizing and developing new products with real-world applications.
