Overview
The event aims to spread awareness on Suicide Prevention across Sharda University and encourage the youth to participate and promote mental health among each other through their Artistic expression. Extended aim is to normalise conversation on mental health struggles like failures, anxiety, grief, suicidal thoughts, low moods, interpersonal concerns, academic and workplace concerns, etc and finding the courage to ask for help from mental health professionals like Psychologists and Psychiatrists.

Objectives of Event
The main objective of the event is:
1. To organise an Art contest & March on Suicide Prevention (September,2024) to fulfill the following sub-objectives,
i. Spread awareness on existence of Suicidal thoughts/ideation and attempts
as a mental health struggle among youth.
ii. Spread awareness on Treatment and Prevention of death by Suicide.
iii. Normalise conversation on mental health struggles like failures, anxiety,
grief, suicidal thoughts, low moods, interpersonal concerns, academic and
workplace concerns, etc.
iv. Spread awareness about the presence of Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic,
equipped with professional Psychologists where one can seek help.
