Overview

Skilling Awareness on Industry 4.0 is to foster industrial growth and contribute towards making India self-reliant by equipping the workforce with advanced skills and knowledge in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This initiative aims to address the evolving needs of the industry, embrace cutting-edge technologies, and empower individuals to thrive in an increasingly digitized and automated environment, with this aim Industry Integration & Knowledge Exchange Cell (IIKEC) Sharda University in Collaboration with Industrial Entrepreneurs Association (IEA) Greater Noida and Ministry of Heavy Industry, Government of India is organising Seminar on “Skilling Awareness on industry 4.0 for the industrial Growth to Make India Self Reliant ”on 12th January 2024.

Objectives of Event

Skill Development for Technological Proficiency:

Provide comprehensive training programs to empower the workforce with the skills required to navigate and harness the potential of Industry 4.0 technologies, including artificial intelligence, internet of things (IoT), robotics, and data analytics.

Enhanced Productivity and Innovation:

Foster a culture of innovation by promoting skill sets that encourage creative problem-solving and adaptability. Equip individuals with the ability to integrate new technologies into existing processes, thereby enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Promoting Digital Literacy:

Enhance digital literacy across industries by creating awareness and providing training on the use of digital tools and platforms. This will facilitate a seamless transition towards a more connected and digitally-driven industrial ecosystem.
