Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SSHSS) is pleased to announce the commencement of our upcoming Value-Added Course titled, Indian Psychology and Spirituality organized by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences.  This course has been meticulously designed to provide the students with additional skills and knowledge that complement your academic pursuits.

Objectives of Event

  • Equip students with skills and knowledge on traditional Indian psychology along the lines of contemporary psychological theories and practices.
  • Foster a deeper understanding of the psychological and spiritual teachings centered on key texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and Yoga Sutras.
  • Provide understanding of real-world applications of ancient traditions can inform and enrich modern approaches to mental health and well-being.
