Overview

"Excellence is not a singular act but a habit. You are what you do repeatedly."

With this belief, colleges and universities frame a set of guidelines in the form of rules and regulations for their teaching and non-teaching staff. These guidelines, followed religiously and adopted as a way of life, act as the refining fires that help foster a supportive and productive educational environment. By adhering to these codes, staff members play a crucial role in shaping students into confident, promising, and polished individuals.

SSHSS is organizing a guest lecture on the Code of Conduct for the teaching and non-teaching staff to sensitize them about the expectations and standards at Sharda University. This educational event aims to highlight the importance of professional behavior and ethical practices in creating a positive and effective learning environment.
