Sharda School of Law is pleased to announce the launch of our new Value-Added Course on "Climate Change and Legislation," specifically designed for our graduate students. This course will delve into the intersection of environmental issues and legal frameworks, providing crucial insights into contemporary climate policies. Students will gain valuable skills and knowledge, preparing them for future legal challenges and careers in environmental law.

Course Details:

The objective of this course is to empower students with an understanding of the principles of climate change and the legal frameworks addressing it. Students will analyze the impact of legislation on climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies. This course aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively navigate real-world legal environments and related fields.
