Overview

Value-added courses provide the opportunity for training and guidance of the students on the various aspects of building a career and assist them in exploring new possibilities. VACs cultivate an urge amongst the students and position them to become flamboyant professionals on the latest trends and rally their technical skills in an advanced manner.

 

The course offered under VAC, "Mindfulness and Emotional Well-being," is a value-added program designed to equip students with essential life skills that contribute to maintaining good health and understanding factors that enhance positive health and well-being. This course spans 30 contact hours and takes a holistic approach to health, emphasizing integrating mindfulness practices to manage stress, increase emotional awareness, and foster overall well-being. Students will engage in both theoretical learning and practical exercises to develop strategies that promote happiness and fulfilment in their daily lives.
