Overview
Sharda School of law, Sharda University is organising an Intra-Moot Court Competition, On 17th November (Sunday), 2024.
In which participation of 3rd year student is compulsory and around 47 Teams are participating from the Sharda School of Law, Sharda University.
Objectives of Event
- To develop advocacy and research skills among students.
- To encourage a spirit of co-operative participation in group endeavours.
- To sharpen the legal acumen, logical argumentation and critical thinking abilities of the students.
- To give the students a chance to get hands-on experience in the operation of legal doctrines in precedents in a practical setting.
