Overview
The Sharda School of Law, Sharda University is going to organise 8th Anand Swaroop Gupta Memorial International Moot Court Competition from 4th to 6th April 2024 in collaboration with Orbit Law Services.
In the 8th edition of the competition there are 32 teams participating in the competition from different national and international universities.
Objectives of Event
- To develop advocacy and research skills among students.
- To encourage a spirit of co-operative participation in group endeavours.
- To sharpen the legal acumen, logical argumentation and critical thinking abilities of the students.
- To give the students a chance to get hands-on experience in the operation of legal doctrines in precedents in a practical setting.
