Sharda School of Law (SSOL) is organizing a Guest Lecture on CRPC ( Basic introduction of the New Criminal Law- BNSS), FOR LAW GRADUATES” dated 25th January [Thursday], 2024 from 11:00 AM onwards.
Objectives of Event
- To build up basic understanding of the new law, BNSS.
- To provide with a clear understanding of the fundamental principles and structure of BNSS.
- To make students aware of important provisions and procedures of BNSS.
- To raise awareness about ongoing legal reforms related to CRPC and BNSS.
- To get an understanding of changes and basic differences between CRPC and BNSS.
