It is with great pleasure that Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, announces a “Guest Lecture on Corporate Law and Technology: Navigating Legal Issues in a Digital Age” on 19 October 2024 at 10:00 am onwards
Third yearstudents of B.A.LL.B. and BBA LL.B. of Sharda School of Law are cordially invited to make this event successful.
Objectives of Event
- The lecture aims to provide students of law with a comprehensive understanding of how technological advancements, including artificial intelligence and other digital innovations, are reshaping corporate law.
- It will address the legal implications, regulatory challenges, and ethical considerations that arise as corporations integrate technology into their operations.
- To equip them of the skills and attributes required to become a successful corporate lawyer.
To introduce to the students to the intersection of law and technology and the
confluence of the two is impacting the legal realm in general.
