Sharda School of Nursing Science & Research, Sharda University is organizing “ One day hands on workshop on Advance SPSS” on 10th December, 2024.
SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) is the set of software programs that are combined together in a single, user-friendly package. It stores and organizes the provided data, compiles data set and produces outputs based on that. It can handle a large set of variable data formats. Working on data is a complex and time-consuming process and that makes learning to use SPSS. SPSS is very essential for anyone planning or doing research. may include a more precise estimate of the effect of treatment or risk factor for disease or other outcomes than any individual study contributing to the pooled analysis.

Objectives of Event
- To enhance the knowledge of participants regarding basics of quantitative data management and analysis.
- To improve the skills of participants to enter the data in SPSS and convert the format as required (data transformation)
- To help the students learn about descriptive and inferential statistics by using SPSS.
