Overview

The School of Education, Sharda University is organizing an educational visit to the Surajkund International Crafts Mela on February 18, 2025, for students of B.A.B.Ed. and B.Sc.B.Ed. (Semester 6), School of Education. This renowned cultural event presents a unique opportunity for students to engage with India's diverse artistic and cultural heritage. This experience will significantly contribute to students' academic and professional growth by offering firsthand exposure to Indian folk art, traditions, and craftsmanship.

Objectives of Event

• Enriching students' social and cultural understanding (PEO5).
• Developing an appreciation for diversity, a core aspect of education (PEO6).
• Enhancing their knowledge of folk traditions and indigenous craftsmanship (PEO2).
• Fostering a deeper appreciation of Indian art forms (PEO2).
