The Department of Biotechnology, Sharda School of Engineering & Technology (SSET), is pleased to announce the inauguration of its student led technical club TechBiome
TechBiome will serve as a dynamic platform where visionary minds converge to pioneer the future of technology through innovation, collaboration, and limitless potential. The activities of this technical club will feature expert talks, technical workshops & competitions, presentations, cultural events and student-led activities on the latest advancements in biotechnology, genetic engineering, food technology, and bioprocessing.
TechBiome aims to foster a vibrant ecosystem for students, faculty, and industry professionals, encouraging the exploration of cutting-edge developments and facilitating collaboration across disciplines. The club aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry, while also nurturing young talent by providing valuable opportunities for engagement, multidisciplinary learning, and innovation.
Objectives of Event
•Skill Development : To provide students with essential practical and technical expertise in biotechnology, genetic engineering, and bioprocessing, ensuring their proficiency in these advanced fields.
•Talent Showcasing : To offer a platform for students to exhibit their knowledge, creativity, and research through technical projects, presentations, and competitive events.
•Societal Outreach : To increase public awareness of the diverse applications and potential benefits of biotechnology through workshops, awareness campaigns, and collaborative community initiatives.
