Overview
Python Workshop: Hosted by the GitHub Club, this 3-day workshop is designed to help first and second-year students build a strong foundation in Python programming. Participants will dive into key concepts such as variables, data types, operators, conditional statements, loops, functions, and file handling. With hands-on coding practice and structured learning, this session will enhance problem-solving skills and reinforce core programming concepts. Perfect for beginners, the workshop will also help students prepare confidently for their end-term exams and future programming challenges.
Objectives of Event
- Syntax and Basic Data Types: Learning how to write code, use variables, and work with different types of data.
- Control Structures: Understanding decision-making (if-else) and repeating tasks (for, while loops).
- Functions: Learning how to create reusable blocks of code to make programming easier.
- Data Structures: Understanding ways to store and organize data like lists, tuples, and dictionaries.
