Overview
The Department of Art and Design, School of Design, Architecture & Planning is planning a Faculty Team Building Event at Lohagarh Farms. This event is designed to create meaningful connections, nurture camaraderie, and equip the team with skills to work together more effectively, ensuring a collaborative and harmonious work environment.
Objectives of Event
The Faculty Team Building Event at Lohagarh Farms aims to:
- Encourage teamwork and strengthen professional relationships among faculty and staff members in a relaxed and engaging environment.
- Build effective communication skills through interactive activities and group sdiscussions.
- Provide a refreshing break from routine to rejuvenate and inspire faculty and staff members for greater productivity and creativity.
- Engage in activities that promote critical thinking, adaptability, and collective decision-making.
- Foster a sense of belonging, unity, and shared vision among faculty members and staff to contribute positively to the institution's growth.
