The Sharda University, Sports Society, Office of the Dean of Students' Welfare is organizing a week-long celebration for International Women's Day (IWD) from 3rd to 9th March 2025 at Sharda University, Greater Noida (UP).
Objectives of Event
The “Pink Sundays on Cycle” initiative is a vibrant and empowering week-long event that runs from March 3 to March 9, coinciding with International Women's Day (March 8 2025). This event is designed to engage women in fitness challenges and wellness activities, encouraging them to take charge of their health and well-being. Throughout the week, women of all ages and fitness levels are invited to participate in various fitness events such as walkathons, bicycle rallies, yoga sessions, sports, and educational sessions focused on diet and nutrition.
"Pink Sundays on Cycle" is more than just a fitness event – it’s a celebration of women’s strength, health, and empowerment. By promoting fitness, health education, and community, the initiative aims to inspire women to live healthier lives while also creating lasting bonds with fellow participants. The combination of physical challenges, wellness education, and community engagement provides a comprehensive approach to women’s health.
