Overview
Sharda School of Agricultural Sciences proposes to organize an awareness
program on career prospects in agriculture. The program aims to equip students
with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse career pathways available in
the agricultural sector. This event will provide insights into various competitive
exams, scholarships, higher education and placement possibilities that
agriculture students can pursue for academic and professional growth.
Additionally, the program will shed light on the entrepreneurial possibilities in
agriculture, including agribusiness startups and agri-tech innovations.
Through interactive sessions and expert discussions, students will gain clarity
on how to navigate opportunities in academia, government services and self-
employment initiatives. This program is designed to inspire and empower
students to make informed career choices in the agricultural sphere.
Objectives of Event
To create awareness amongst students about various career opportunities in
the agriculture sector, including competitive exams, higher education,
scholarships and placement.
To introduce students to entrepreneurial possibilities in agriculture like
agribusiness startups, value addition etc.
