Join us for an engaging guest lecture on the role of arbitration in resolving corporate disputes. Our esteemed alumnus will shed light on the importance of arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, its advantages over litigation, and its growing relevance in the corporate world.
Objectives of Event
To provide a comprehensive understanding of arbitration as an effective alternative dispute resolution mechanism in corporate conflicts, highlighting its advantages over traditional litigation.
✅ To equip students with practical insights from an experienced alumnus, offering real-world perspectives on arbitration processes, strategies, and case studies in corporate law.
✅ To provide a forum for the Alumni for exchange of ideas on academic, cultural and social issues of the day by organizing and coordinating reunion activities of the Alumni.
✅ To strengthen alumni-institution relations, showcasing the achievements of Sharda University graduates.
