But the entire process of recruitment can bring in a lot of stress and anxiety. It needs to polish your communication skill to draft a recruitment-ready resume to face the interview with confidence. So, put your best foot forward for the most important event which will be the foundation of your career.

Give pace to your career, join this 3 days workshop on ‘Are you recruitment ready’ organized by Career Counselling and Development Centre, Sharda University in association with the School of Basic Sciences and Research for the students.

Through this workshop, we aim to make our students confident, to face the interviews, and be ready for the recruitment process. Through this workshop, we also aim to make the participants introspect, level up their skills as per the requirement of employers, and gain knowledge and self-confidence.

Program Objectives:

  • Preparing students for Campus to Corporate transition
  • To help students improve their communication (Spoken, Written and Presentation Skills)
  • To build confidence, develop self-esteem, and bring positive changes in the attitude and behavior of the participants.
  • To impart career-specific practical inputs along with sharing the expectations of corporate.
  • To give inputs into writing their resumes to face interviews to learn corporate etiquette.

  • Ms. Vaishnavi Tiwari 

She is a Psychologist by profession, currently working as a Soft skills trainer in Sharda skills. Her current projects include working at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade as Research Associate in psychometric testing. Her previous experience includes working in NCERT, New Delhi providing soft skills training to various students of Delhi Gov Schools. Her Industry experience includes working with TCS as Hr Associate in training and development. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in psychology. Her areas of interest include Organizational behavior, social psychology, training and development, and Life skills.

  • Ms. Honey Qaisar   

She is a Verbal and Soft Skills trainer and facilitator. A teacher by profession and Celta Certified Trainer. Currently working with Sharda University as a Verbal and Soft Skills Trainer. Associated with many Government and Private colleges of Management and Technology. She has undertaken prestigious projects in (Nit Srinagar, AMU, and JMI ); she has imparted training at all levels in an organization. Involved in various skill development projects in colleges of Delhi /Ncr Also worked as a freelance English Language trainer with British Council, She is associated with more than 10 colleges. Training and Motivating more than 1000s of souls in the last 8 years.

Mr. Prasenjit Sinha has over 18+ years of Industry rich experience, Prasenjit brings with him, some of the best practices to Sharda University from the top 10 Fortune 500 Corporates in the world. He has worked in a mid to senior-level corporate leadership role with a curated focus in the Learning & Development | Human Resources and Corporate quality domain. He is a Certified “Train the Trainer Level1 & Level 2” resource in the facilitation skills and Coaching & Mentoring program from the General Electric Learning Institute, in Stamford Connecticut, USA. He is also a Certified Instructional Designer and has created content for a wide gamut of Institutions and corporates alike other than being a Green Belt Holder in Six Sigma and Lean Management programs. Prasenjit is also a certified Soft skill Trainer, Communication Coach, and a Personality Development Expert spanning nearly a decade and a half with a specialization in “Accent Neutralization Skills”. He has done extensive “voice and Accent” trainings for many years in his career in the past. Prasenjit has studied English Literature and creative arts alongside Studies in Fashion Technology, Liberal Arts, Music, and Painting. He is a passionate wildlife and street documentary photographer and winner of many prestigious photo contests. He occasionally loves to make some music with his wife and his acoustic guitar.

  • To develop the art of advocacy and legal research skills to law students.
  • To inculcate the spirit of Co-operative approach in group endeavours.
