School of Nursing Science and Research organizing CNE ON Care of Mother In First Stage of Labour
Dec 31 @ 4:26 am – 5:26 am

SNSR is organizing CNE for staff Nurses in the Sharda hospital on the topic “Care of mother in First stage of Labour” on 31st December 2021 at 2.30 p.m to 4.00 p.m.

Labor is a physiologic process during which the fetus, membranes, umbilical cord, and placenta are expelled from the uterus. The first stage of labor and birth occurs when mother begin to feel regular contractions, which cause the cervix to open (dilate) and soften, shorten and thin (effacement). This allows the baby to move into the birth canal. The first stage is the longest of the three stages. To save her strength, the mother should rest between contractions, even when labour first begins. This means mothers need care during their first stage of labour. So that she can feel relaxed and comfortable. The labor and birth process is usually straightforward, but sometimes complications arise that may need immediate attention and care.

Objectives of the Event:

  • Monitor and manage the first stage of labour.
  • Evaluate accurately the progress of labour.
  • Recognize poor progress during the first stage of labour.

“ONE WEEK ONSITE TRAINING PROGRAM On Skill Development of Artisans” @ Room No. 202, Block 7.
Jan 10 @ 10:00 am – Jan 16 @ 5:00 pm

School of Business Studies is organizing “ONE WEEK ONSITE TRAINING PROGRAM on Skill Development of Artisans”.

Indian Handicrafts sector engages more than 7 million craftsperson from all over. India and numerous categories of handicrafts, gifts and decorative items are produced in various forms of raw material. The Indian handicrafts have great potentiality of exports in international market. However, professional systems and expertise are required within crafts organizations to be able to connect to mainstream markets in a commercially sustainable manner. Often, craft groups located in rural areas lack such systems and are unable to develop as commercially viable enterprises even when the products they make have commercial potential.
