Sharda School of Nursing Science & Research (SNSR), Sharda University is organizing “CNE for Staff Nurses in the Sharda hospital on the topic “ECG and Its interpretation”.
The electrocardiogram (ECG) has become the most commonly conducted cardiovascular diagnostic procedure and a fundamental tool of clinical practice.An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a quick bedside investigation that assesses the electrical activity of the heart. It is a non-invasive technique that provides critical information about heart rate and rhythm, and helps assess for cardiac disease. ECG interpretation may lead to the recognition of electrolyte abnormalities, particularly of serum potassium and calcium, and permit the detection of some forms of genetically mediated electrical or structural cardiac abnormalities.
Objectives of Event:
- To enhance the knowledge staff nurses regarding ECG and its interpretation.
- To improve the skill of staff nurse regarding ECG and its interpretation and practice them in Clinical setting.
