School of Business Studies (SBS), Sharda University is organizing an Industrial Visit of students to Mother Dairy Plant, Patparganj, New Delhi for BCOM I year Students.

Mother Dairy located in Patparganj; New Delhi is one of the largest liquid milk plants in Asia. Mother Dairy sells milk and milk products (Milk, cultured products, Ice creams, Paneer, and Ghee) at a national level through its sales and distribution networks for marketing food items.

Objective:

The objective of the visit is to bridge the gap between theoretical training and practical learning and provide an interactive learning environment outside the classroom. The students would get to familiarize themselves with the milk production process and various quality control techniques
